World Council for Health delivers CEASE AND DESIST orders to World Health Organization over “criminal” COVID-19 actions

The World Council for Health (WCH) has delivered cease-and-desist orders to the globalist World Health Organization (WHO) over its criminal actions during the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

The WCH issued four such orders to the global health body’s officials – Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, COVID-19 Technical Lead Dr. Maria Van Kerkhoven, Clinical Care Head Dr. Janet Diaz and Chief Scientist Jeremy Farrar. The orders demanded that the WHO cease spreading misinformation; publicly apologize for the damages caused by its recommendation of mRNA injections and suppression of effective COVID-19 treatments; and offer reparations for the latter.

According to the WCH, the four have orchestrated gross violations of human rights around the world and helped orchestrate the largest premeditated mass murder and assault in history.

“We demand that, with immediate effect, you cease and desist from taking further actions that would involve false and fraudulent communication to governments thereby causing or resulting in further instances of the kind of catastrophic outcomes outlined above,” wrote the WCH. As early as 2021, international experts were cautioning against the novel COVID-19 strategies recommended by the WHO COVID-19 team – especially the experimental modified RNA medical technologies developed at “warp speed” to function purportedly as vaccines.

WCH’s cease and desist orders

Swiss lawyer Philipp Kruse delivered the cease-and-desist orders in person to the WHO’s headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland on May 6. LifeSiteNews managed to obtain a copy of the cease-and-desist order issued to Tedros, which the pro-life outlet subsequently published. The order outlined five consequences of the WHO’s actions during the pandemic.

1. Immeasurable suffering and death: The order alleged that in the past four years, billions who trusted and complied with the WHO’s advice to governments “have experienced ongoing physical and mental suffering, illness, disability, loss of income, poverty, child abuse, other violence and even death as a result.”

2. Human rights violations: The WHO’s recommendations that country governments subsequently implemented caused widespread violations of fundamental human rights. “Boys, girls and babies were masked and injected,” the WCH alleged.

3. Failure to recommend inexpensive, safe and effective treatments and remedies for COVID-19: According to the WCH, COVID-19 can be can be effectively treated with safe and established multi-purpose generic medicines, including ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, in combination with zinc, vitamin D, vitamin C and other immune-boosting, health-promoting and anti-coagulant treatments. But instead of recommending these treatments, the WHO instead suppressed these and opted for expensive drugs and emergency-authorized patented pharmaceutical drugs without safety records.

4. Dangerous gene therapies deployed in the guise of vaccines: The WCH also said Tedros is “personally liable for death, loss and suffering concerning the SARS-CoV-2 ‘vaccines.'” This is because he refused to disclose that the injections are in fact genetically modified organisms, with the long-term material risks of these therapies unknown.

5. Violation of informed consent: According to the WCH, Tedros’ attestation to the injection as “safe and effective” were trusted by many around the world. However, the group argued that the presence of COVID-19 vaccine contracts disproves this claim. “As such, the right to free and informed consent was violated for every human being who was injected with the experimental COVID-19 GMO gene therapy called ‘vaccines.'”
