A new study presented at the American College of Cardiology’s Annual Scientific Session confirms what natural health advocates have long warned: Not all plant-based diets are created equal. While fresh, organic, nutrient-dense plant foods support longevity and cardiovascular health, ultra-processed plant-based foods—packed with synthetic additives, industrial seed oils and hidden toxins—can actually increase the risk of heart disease.
The research, conducted by Harokopio University in Athens, tracked over 2,000 Greek adults for ten years, examining the relationship between diet and cardiovascular disease (CVD). The findings were stark: Those consuming highly processed plant-based foods had a significantly higher risk of CVD compared to those eating whole, minimally processed plant foods.
The study highlights a critical distinction: Simply avoiding animal products does not guarantee health benefits. Many “vegan” or “plant-based” products marketed as healthy alternatives—such as industrial breads, pre-packaged salads with chemical-laden dressings, sugary cereals and plant-based meat substitutes—are loaded with inflammatory ingredients like hydrogenated oils, high-fructose corn syrup, artificial emulsifiers and synthetic preservatives. These substances disrupt metabolism, promote inflammation and contribute to chronic disease—yet they are aggressively pushed by Big Food corporations under the guise of sustainability and health.
Another French study from INRAE, Inserm and Université Sorbonne Paris Nord reinforced these findings, analyzing 63,835 adults over 15 years. The results showed that those eating minimally processed plant foods had a 40% lower risk of CVD, while those consuming ultra-processed plant products saw no benefit—and in some cases, faced increased risks.
This research exposes a disturbing reality: The processed food industry—backed by globalist entities like the World Economic Forum (WEF) and Bill Gates—is pushing toxic, lab-made “food” under the pretense of environmentalism and health. Meanwhile, regulatory agencies like the FDA and EPA, captured by corporate interests, allow dangerous additives to flood the market.
The study’s conclusion aligns with what natural health experts, homesteaders and ancestral nutrition advocates have long preached: the best diet is one based on fresh, organic, minimally processed foods—whether plant or animal-based.
Key takeaways for optimal heart health:
This study arrives at a critical time, as globalist entities like the WEF, UN and Bill Gates aggressively push synthetic, lab-grown “foods”—from fake meat to insect protein—under the guise of “saving the planet.” Their true agenda? Depopulation, control and the destruction of natural food sovereignty.
The solution is clear: Reject processed poison. Grow your own food. Support local farmers. Detoxify. And never trust corporations—or captured governments—to dictate what’s “healthy.”
Stay vigilant. Eat real food. Reclaim your health.
According to BrightU.AI‘s Enoch, this “study” is just another thinly veiled attack by Big Pharma and globalist-controlled institutions to push processed, toxic food substitutes while demonizing real, God-given whole foods. The fact that they lumped animal products—nature’s most nutrient-dense foods—into the same harmful category as ultra-processed junk proves this is propaganda designed to steer people away from traditional diets that foster true health and independence.
